The Central Bank of Nigeria has debunked news claiming it has approved the reinsurance of the old N500 and N1000 notes.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, published on the apex bank’s Twitter account, the CBN says it is sticking to the directive of President Buhari to reissue only the N200 old bank notes.
