Dr. Olufemi Bolarin has been sworn in as the pioneer Commissioner for the newly created Kogi State Ministry of Livestock Development.
The Commissioner was sworn in during the State Executive meeting at Government house Lokoja by the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Muiz Abdullahi.
Governor Usman Ododo, while congratulating the new commissioner,described him as a valuable asset to the state, appointed not only to serve but to provide leadership and harness his vast experience to advance the livestock sector in the state.
He urged the commissioner to work diligently, attract federal government support, and collaborate with farmers to ensure innovation and sustainable growth in the industry.
In his response, Doctor. Bolarin expressed appreciation to the governor for the opportunity to serve and pledged to carry out his duties with diligence and commitment towards achieving the administration’s goals.
