The Federal Government is to partner the Benue State Government to create an enabling environment for youths to excel in sports and innovations.
Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande made this known when he visited the Benue State Commissioner for Youth, Sports and Creativity, Tiza Imojime.
Comrade Olawande stated that the Federal Government’s programme tagged, “protect, empower and support” would be replicated in the state to engender human capital development.
Commissioner for Youths, Sports and Creativity, Tiza Imojime who appreciated the Minister for the visit, assured that the ministry would focus on creating sustainable initiatives that would unlock the potentials of Benue youth and promote creativity.
Mr. Imojime emphasized that the state is rich in talent, with many opportunities waiting to be tapped, stating that with the right support, they can be nurtured to achieve greatness.
