The Executives of the Joint Union of Nasarawa State Tertiary Institutions, JUNSTI, have described death as an inevitable end for all living beings.
The Chairman of JUNSTI, Comrade Samson Gbande, made this remark while leading a delegation of the Union to pay a condolence visit to the family of the late Senator Godiya Akwashiki in Lafia.
Comrade Gbande urged the family and well-wishers to continue praying for the peaceful repose of Senator Akwashiki’s soul, emphasizing that true comfort comes only from God.
He assured the bereaved family of the Union’s unwavering support, describing the late Senator as a people-oriented leader who was deeply committed to the development and welfare of his constituents.
Responding on behalf of the family, Jessey Yonana expressed gratitude to JUNSTI for their visit and words of encouragement, praying for God’s protection and safe travels for all members of the delegation.
