supporters of the former Executive Director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Doctor Faisal Shuaib in Nasarawa State have defied torrential rains to welcome him to Lafia, the Nasarawa State Capital.
They demonstrated their solidarity during the concluding phase of the All Progressives Congress, APC’s statewide consultation over his gubernatorial aspiration and President Bola Tinubu reelection bid in twenty-twenty seven general elections in the Southern Zone of the state.
One of the supporters of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mallam Adamu Garba noted that he came out as a show of solidarity for President Bola Tinubu and Dr. Faisal Shuaib due to their track records and ascertain his next line of action following Governor Abdullahi Sule’s choice of Senator Ahmed Wadada as his preferred successor.
Also speaking, Mrs. Saratu Fidelis said she braved the heavy rain to show support for President Bola Tinubu and Dr. Faisal Shuaib, particularly, citing gubernatorial aspirant’s impact on women during his time at the helm of National Primary Health Care Agency.
Addressing his teaming supporters under the huge rainstorm, the former Executive Director, National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Doctor Faisal Shuaib who is also one of governorship contenders in the All Progressives Congress, APC in Nasarawa State, said the visit was not to campaign but to appreciate people of the state for their solidarity.
Doctor Shuaib urged his supporters to remain calm, support the All Progressives Congress, APC and await his next line of action in no distant time, following the preference of Senator Ahmed Wadada by Governor Abdullahi Sule.
The grand finale of the statewide consultation and appreciation visit drew thousands of Doctor Faisal Shuaib supporters from Lafia, Doma, Awe, Keana, and Obi Local Government Areas, in spite of the theavy rainstorm that lasted for more than two hours.
