Kebbi Gets Acting Chief Judge

The Kebbi State Governor, Senator Abubakar Bagudu, has sworn-in Justice Umar Abubakar as the new Acting Chief Judge of the State following the retirement of Justice Suleiman Muhammad Ambursa from the service.

Governor Atiku Bagudu, urged him to continue in the best tradition of the State Judiciary as provided by the constitution of Nigeria, section 271 sub section 4 and 5.

He commended the state Judiciary for its hard work and diligence to service saying, access to Justice in the state was key and absolute necessity in ensuring justice.

Governor Bagudu also commended the Judiciary in its efforts in administration of Justice which according to him had contributed to the peace the state was enjoying.

The Governor however thanked the outgoing Chief Judge, Justice Suleiman Muhammad Ambursa for his contribution to the State and Kebbi Judiciary.
