Nasarawa State Gov To Recruit Nursing Tutors

Nasarawa State Government is to recruit Nursing Tutors to improve healthcare service delivery in the state.

Chairman, State Civil Service Commission, Alhaji Musa Dangana Giza stated this while playing host to leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists,NUJ, Nasarawa State Council at his office in lafia.

According to the Chairman, governor Abdullahi Sule has also set up a committee to come out with modalities towards repositioning the state civil service for optimal productivity.

Alhaji Dangana expressed optimism that, the issue of non implementation and promotion of salary arrears would soon be a thing of the past.

He used the medium to call on members of the pen profession in the state to sustain professionalism in their reportage.

Earlier, Chairman, Nasarawa State Council of the Nigeria Union of journalists,NUJ, Comrade Salihu Muhammad Alkali called on the Chairman to improve the welfare of civil servants for effective service delivery.

Comrade Alkali reassured him of his resolve to partner the commission towards educating, informing and entertaining residents on government policies and programmes for sustainable development of the state and beyond.
