Nasarawa State Gov Warns Against Electrical Vandalism

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has warned those vandalizing electrical installation against sabotaging government effort.

The Governor gave the warning when a delegation of Nasarawa Regional office of AEDC paid him a courtesy call at the government house lafia.

Appreciating the visit of the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, Governor Abdullahi Sule encouraged the management to remain focused in the discharge of their responsibility.

Expressing Concerned over the level of vandalization especially as related to the theft of armored cables, Governor Sule urged the benefiting community to also take charge, while the inputs of security outfits should also be sourced.

Leading the delegation Acting General Manager Nasarawa Regional office Chris Chime commended the zeal of the Governor towards developing the state, thus assuring their unflinching support to the Government of the day.

While Assuring the completion of thirty three KVA sub station in Akurba before the end of this year to step up the issue of power supply in the state, the AEDC made a case for security measures to be taking so as to check the issue of vandalism.
