Nasarawa State Govt Promotes Eleven Police Officers

Eleven newly promoted Police officers attached to the Nasarawa State Deputy Governors office have been challenged to be more committed to their responsibilities to justify their new ranks.

State Deputy Governor, Emmanuel Akabe gave the charge while decorating the Police Officers with their new ranks in Lafia.

Dr. Akabe noted that promotions in all spheres of life comes with huge demands that any of its beneficiaries must strive to brace up to meet in conduct and other dispositions accompanying such positions.

The Deputy Governor advised those awaiting promotions to continue to work harder, trusting God that theirs will come to them appropriately as he assured them of the needed support to enable them to work at optimal level in the best of interests.

Speaking on behalf of the newly elevated Police officers, Inspector Silas Musa thanked all who joned them in celebrating their new positions, pledging their commitments to doing more in uholding best policing standards for the common good of Nigerians.

The event that had in attendance the Commssioner for Special Duties Legal, Abubakar Muhammed Zanuwa, APC State Secretary Aliyu Bello, Permanent Secretary in the Deputy Governor’s office Alanana Attah was climaxed with decoration and donation of a complete set of new uniforms to each of the nine new Inspectors and two Sergeants.
