Nasrawa State Govt Dispense Over Thirty Five Billion Naira For Educational Sector In 2021 Budget

Chairman, National Parent Teacher Association of Nigeria, NAPTAN, Nasarawa State Chapter Alhaji Umaru Ahmad Ebenya says the allocation of over thirty five billion naira in the education sector in 2021 budget by the state government is the right step to the right direction.

He stated this in an exclusive interview with Radio Nigeria Precious Fm in Lafia.

The Chairman, NAPTAN, Nasarawa State Branch, Alhaji Umaru Ebenya said the lion share allocated to education sector in 2021 budget of the state would enhance educational standard, if properly implemented.

He explained that the administration of Governor Abdullahi Sule deserve commendation for such foresight of improving the education sector.

The NAPTAN, Chairman in the state also applauded the effort of the State Assembly for allowing the 2021 appropriation bill to scale through second reading without delay.

Alhaji Umaru Ebenya called on executive, legislative arm and critical stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the proposed budget of 2021 religiously as part of move to achieve the desired result.

According to him such measure would fast track development in the state.
