NYSC Holds Low-Key Sweaing-In Of 2020 Batch ‘B’

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Nasarawa State office says, swearing-in of the twenty-twenty Batch ‘B’ stream two corps members deployed to the state will be on low key.

State co-ordinator of the scheme, Mr Stephen Dewan said, the directive came from the NYSC Directorate Headquarters in Abuja, to halt the spread of the Coronavirus on the camp and state at large.

According to Mr Dewan, the Chief Judge of Nasarawa State, Justice Aisha Bashir Aliyu is the only government functionary expected to grace the ceremony and sworn-in the corps members deployed to the state.

Mr Dewan called on stakeholders of the scheme and earlier esteemed invitees, to take note, stressing that management of the NYSC regrets any inconveniences this directive may cause.
