Politicians Task to Eschew Political Violence

An Islamic Cleric in Nasarawa State has cautioned politicians against playing politics with bitterness and violence.

The Chief Imam of Mada Station Malam Sulieman Isa made the call during juma’at sermon in Mada Station, Nasarawa Eggon Local government Area.

He charged politicians to embrace peace and promote things that would ensure nation-building.

While urging politicians to eschew violence, descrimination and hetred and play politics without bitterness, Mallam Sulieman Isa asked faithful to remain resolute in the development of their country.

The Chief Imam of Mada Station also advised youths not to allow themselves to be used by Selfish politicians to achieved their selfish interest instead of engaging in meaningful ventures that will make them reasonable members of the society.

According to Mallam Suleiman Isa God is happy with people who preaches peace, love and tolerance amongst their fellowers.
