Yuletide: Kogi Gov. Assures Citizens Of Adequate Security

Kogi State Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello has urged citizens to extend hands of generosity to neighbours and the less privileged in the society as Christians celebrate Christmas.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammed, Governor Bello felicitated with Christians on the occasion of Christmas as he enjoined citizens to emulate the virtues of peace, love and unity.

The statement called on every registered voter in the state to collect their PVCs to vote in next year’s general election.

While encouraging the electorate to vote for their candidates of choice in the election, the statement assured that the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu remained the best hope for Nigeria.

It further enjoined the people to go about the celebration without fear as top-notch security measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of citizens across the state.
