The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has inaugurated a 110-member organising committee ahead of its 2025 elective national convention. The party’s National Executive Committee had earlier fixed the convention for November 15 and 16, 2025, in Ibadan, Oyo State.
In a statement issued on Monday via its official X handle and signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, the PDP said the committee will oversee preparations and ensure a smooth conduct of the convention.
The organising committee is chaired by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State, with Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State serving as Deputy Chairman, and former Minister of Special Duties, Kabir Turaki (SAN), as Deputy Chairman II.
Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State will serve as Secretary, while Senator Adolphus Wabara represents the Board of Trustees as Chairman.
