Addressing party members at one of the two gatherings, aimed at flagging off the ongoing E-Registration, Governor Mutfwang noted that interested followers are to make available their National Identity Number and Voter’s card to get registered.
The Governor stressed the need for them to eschew all forms of rivalry and bitterness, and to embrace unity for the progress of the State and the Party.
He emphasized that the State has now embarked on a journey of transformation and economic viability for residents.
Also speaking at the two Local Government Areas , National Chairman of the APC, Nentawe Yilwatda, charged the people to desist from all acts of bitterness, assuring members that the party will provide a level playing ground for all candidates to contest and emerge as flag bearers.
Various party stakeholders, in their goodwill messages, stressed the need for interested members to register, as past memberships have been voided, necessitating a new registration.
The highlight of the flag off exercise for the E-Registration was the symbolic registration and presentation of membership cards to members.
