The Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board says it has secured quality accommodation and welfare packages for intending pilgrims ahead of the 2026 Hajj.
Chairman of the Muslim Pilgrims Board, Alhaji Danladi Kwari disclosed this at the BITA orientation exercise held at the Jos Central Mosque.

The Board Chairman of the Muslim Pilgrims Board, Alhaji Danladi Kwari gave the assurance that all necessary measures are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and fair treatment of Plateau pilgrims.
He disclosed that Governor Caleb Mutfwang has donated Hifami clothing to all intending pilgrims in the state.

Alhaji Kwari urged the intending pilgrims to be of good conduct while in Saudi Arabia.
He added that the accommodations secured are close to the Haram and that pilgrims would be fed twice daily.
Leader of the 2026 Hajj preachers, Sheikh Aminu Yusuf, said all Hajj rites have been simplified to help pilgrims gain maximum spiritual benefit.
Executive Secretary of the Board, Alhaji Daiyabu Dauda, thanked the state government for its continued support to ensure the success of the spiritual exercise.
The orientation was attended by government officials, intending pilgrims, and members of the Council of Ulamah.
